Grant's Farm offers many activities, from touring the grounds to visiting with the animals. There are shows every weekend and a remarkable souvenir shop. You can even check out the Clydesdale stables and have a romantic lunch under the towering oaks.
A visit to historic Grant's Farm makes for a great afternoon excursion to spend with a special local chaperon!
Just outside of Branson lies a city that will take you back in time. Decades ago the folks that lived in the mountains used their own hands for creating all sorts of crafts, which they sold to the public. That tradition continues today. The city also doubles as a theme park, with rides scattered around the town. Hold your date's hand as she screams on the wild roller coaster or take a romantic ride on the mine train! There is so much to see and do in Silver Dollar City you might want to stay the whole weekend!
Picture a romantic date at the St. Louis Zoo, where you can spend a beautiful spring day strolling through the lush park observing hundreds of amazing animals. Feed the giraffes, watch the elephants bathe and gaze at the adorable newborn chimps.
The St. Louis Zoo happens to be the third largest zoo in the country, with over 700 species of animals on over 90 acres! Take your girl any day of the year, even on Christmas. Don't forget to pack your camera to capture this fun-filled day with that special someone.
